Ready for a taste of summer with The Human Bean’s Summer Drink Fest?

The Human Bean’s summer campaign embodies all things summer with a concert theme! We set out with a goal to highlight three groups of fun and colorful drinks that would be promoted at separate times during the summer months. To help distinguish and showcase each group, the team created systems consisting of vibrant color palettes, solar glows, and appetizing drink images that resonated with each group of drinks. For each group, we wrote unique headlines to embody the summer concert theme—“Smooth Operators” for the fruit smoothies, “Electric Dragons” for the dragon fruit drinks and “Rock the Boat” for the espresso drinks🍹 😎

Our pet of the month this month comes from our office manager, Haley Davis! Haley had this to say about her feline friend Mario 🐈 -

“My daughter and I adopted Mario and his brother Yoshi on Halloween in 2022, and they have both grown into beautiful, friendly cats with huge personalities. Mario is a tuxedo mustache boy with a spectacular fluffy tail worthy of Pepe Le Pew, and he (mis)uses the power of fur to roll in dirt and leaves and drag mess all over the house. He is a party animal who is always up for a gathering of friends or a snuggle on the sofa, and his superpower is getting stuck on the roof and crying for help.”

This month’s pet of the month is Becky’s cat Lily! Becky had this to say about her little friend-

“I adopted Lily as a tiny kitten in 2019 and she has been equal parts fierce and sweet from the start. When I picked her up at the shelter for the first time, she nuzzled herself under my chin, started purring and cemented her place in my heart. Lily will ferociously bite when she wants to play, and she loves to knock anything and everything off a table, counter, or even the wall when she’s bored and wants attention. As soon as she curls up on my lap for a nap or drops her ball at my feet to play fetch, it’s easy to appreciate her adorable cuteness and ignore her mischievous behaviors.” - Becky, AHM Brands Finance Manager

Throwback Thursday to our Southport Lumber shoot in Coos Bay! Our photographer, Tom Boyd, had this to say about the day;

“The early morning drive from Southport’s log yard into the logging site revealed itself slowly as the sun came up and fog appeared. Our convoy lumbered up the washboard-like gravel logging roads to find the crew in full swing. Their job that day was to pull fallen logs from a punishingly steep ravine to buck and sort for the trucks. This is dangerous work by any standard of measurement. Regardless, the workers kept a steady pace with an eye on safety.
Back at the mill on the North Spit of Coos Bay, workers processed those logs into lumber. The pace is fast. They know what they’re doing. The equipment is state-of-the-art. It’s clear they have bought into the Southport ethos. Every day is full throttle at the high-output small log mill. Every single worker can make a difference.
