REGISTRATION OPENS 9-5 FRIDAY JUNE 7th.
BANQUET AND AWARDS JUNE 7th UNDER THE BEER TENT 6:30
ON THE BANKS OF LAKE LUCAS.
REGISTRATION OPENS 9-11 SATURDAY JUNE 8th
QUALIFYING STARTS AT 10 A.M. JUNE 8TH
DRIVERS MEETING 1 HOUR AFTER QUALIFYING ENDS
ELIMINATIONS STARTS 10 A.M. JUNE 9th
AWARDS 1 HOUR AFTER FINALS COMPLETE

ELECTIONS WILL BE HELD AT THE BANQUET AND RESULTS ANNOUNCED AT DRIVERS MEETING FOR FOUR BOARD OF DIRECTOR POSITIONS.

THE SPEEDWAY HAS REQUESTED CHANGING THE PARKING ARRANGEMENTS IN ORDER FOR FAN PARTICIPATION. LUCAS OIL OFFICIAL WILL BE OVER PARKING ASSIGNMENTS AS YOU ARRIVE AT THE SPEEDWAY AND ENTER. ANY EXTRA CAMPERS FOR CREWS OR NON-RACE PERSONEL WILL BE PARKED AT NORTH SIDE OF PARKING LOT. EXTRA CAMPERS WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF $100.00. PASSES CAN BE PURCHASED AT PIT OFFICE MUST BE IN BY 5 P.M. ON FRIDAY JUNE 7th TO STAY IN THE PITS.

BE SURE PHYSICAL IS CURRENT {REQUIRED IF RUNNING T.E. AND FASTER} YOU CAN FILL OUT FORMS AND SEND TO EMAIL ADDRESS ON REGISTRATION FORM. YOU CAN PAY ONLINE IF YOU WANT TO SPEED THINGS UP AT REGISTRATION.

THIS YEAR CONTRACTS ARE ISSUED 30 DAYS BEFORE EACH EVENT.
THIS INFORMATION HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR THIS RACE FUTURE CONTRACTS COULD BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING EVERYONE AFTER A LONG OFF SEASON!!!!!!!

There has been several contacts about the race and getting in and out of pits. Also about racers having campers.

The racers camper is allowed in there pit along with there boat and tow vehicle as long as it fits in there designated pit spot.
Crew campers are relocated to the north side of the parking lot.
Once you enter on Friday morning after going to registration office, access in and out is through campground gate if after 5 p.m. You will have to have arm bands and vehicle pass to get access in and out.
IF YOU DO NOT GET TO REGISTRATION BY 5 p.m. Friday June 7th you cannot get in pits till SATURDAY MORNING at 9a.m.
