My 🎂🎈birthday this year looks a little different.
My kiddo has been pretty sick all day so I’ve been alternating between taking care of him and pacing the hallways…
But we did come up with a solid redo plan later in the week and we also planned out my BIG birthday for next year.
(Start packing…we’re going on an adventure)
This year has been a wild ride…full of incredibly amazing surprises, growth and change.
Lots of new doors opened and one pretty significant one literally closed. (More on that later)

Anyway, I’m exhausted from the Motrin festivities of the day and I need some real sleep. (What is that?)

Anywho-skoo..
Here’s to my 49th revolution around the sun.

Hi friends
It’s with a very heavy heart that I am announcing that we have lost our lease and the owners of the building have decided to sell our suite.

It was my dream to open Light and Space Collective and I’m absolutely heartbroken over the loss of such a magical place.

Thank you to every single soul who has walked through our door since August of 2019. We have loved being in community healing, laughing, crying and making space with you all.

I don’t know what the future holds, but with the Universe’s guidance and some hard work, I’m hoping to bring the Collective back in some form in 2024. With that, our last day will be October 30th.

But it’s not goodbye, it’s just see you soon.

Start a journal, take notes on the changes that occur…big and small.

Although in my opinion, there’s no such thing as a small change.

I feel like every day is a pinch me moment.
I love my clients and I love the work that I do.
Facilitating healing through different modalities and tailoring sessions to each individual person is like sitting down at the table with a cup of tea and a jigsaw puzzle…my idea of good time.
I love investigating & figuring stuff with my clients…it’s my jam.
It’s absolutely the 1/3 in my Human Design 😂

Friends…this is how it works.
If you tell yourself something enough you start to believe it.

Think about all of the times that you pumped yourself up or told yourself you could do something that seemed impossible…
nailing that job interview,
sinking that putt,
learning that new yoga pose.

And similarly telling yourself you’ll never learn that new thing at work or school,
that you’ll never accomplish a a certain task.

Think for a moment about the outcomes for the things you believed you could do and the things you didn’t think you were good enough for.

Our thoughts and words have a direct impact on what happens.

What you believe can happen will, plant positive intentions and watch them grow. 🌱 💛
