The Welsh Academy at Saint Ignatius High School faced Metro Catholic this afternoon in their season opener. The Wildcats took an early lead, but with two minutes left in the game, Metro Catholic went on a run, cutting the lead to just four points. With 20 seconds remaining, SC hit a clutch three-pointer, putting his team up by five. He contributed 7 of his team’s 25 points in an exciting matchup. Great game SC!!!
"My son had a great time. He learned some really good skills, in terms of ball handling, shooting, and defensive drill. Sean did a phenomenal job with instruction." - Keith Brown

SC showed up to support Darius Winborn and the City of Lorain's biggest Labor Day event, The GRIND League of Lorain County Community Togetherness Fest Vol.5 at Oakwood Park. As soon as he arrived, he spotted his big homie from New York, Postaboy. They greeted each other with a hug, and Postsboy invited SC to join his team from New York.
SC went to his car to grab his gear and warmed up with the team. He felt a bit nervous playing in the adult division, as they made him work for every point. However, SC managed to sink a few mid-range shots and layups, helping his team eliminate two other teams from the tournament.
SC thoroughly enjoyed his first experience playing in the Togetherness Fest. Thank you, Postaboy, for allowing me to join your team."
