The Kelly Center For Hunger Relief was founded in 1999 and serves as a food pantry for the El Paso community. In addition to this, they also provide a community closet, nutrition classes, and they partner with UTEP’s to conduct research and learn more about food insecurity in the region. They also advocate for better resources for the community.
