Roger is more responsible for Ghoul Inc Productions and J.H. Rood and his love of movies than anyone else. He was such a profound inspiration to so many filmmakers around the world for decades. Though it's sad that he's left us, let's celebrate his life and career and the hundreds of awesome movies he brought us over the years. We love you, Roger! ♥️🙏🎬📽️📼

Roger Corman, Hollywood’s “King of the Bs,” has died. He was 98. Corman produced such low-budget classics as “Little Shop of Horrors” and “Attack of the Crab Monsters” and gave many of Hollywood’s most famous actors and directors their first breaks in some of the hundreds of B-movies...

Okay, fellow movie maker folks, I'd love to get some feedback on this: you get a friend request from another filmmaker. You accept, and start looking at their page and watching their movies and offering support and encouragement. Then, after a few weeks or so, it dawns on you that though this person was the one who sent the initial request, you're the one being supportive and they have never so much as given any of your posts a like or a comment. This really bugs me. A lot. I know, I know, I shouldn't "let" it bug me so much, but it does. I unfriended this young man earlier, but I felt like that wasn't enough. Like I had to say something. I'm sure he probably doesn't give a s**t, because who am I? Just a middle-aged nerd who loves movies. I'm not special. But I still felt like I had to explain myself, much like I felt like venting here. 😄 Have any of my other filmmaker friends dealt with this? I would really like to get some different perspectives on this, even if you just feel like telling me to chill the **** out. 😂👍
