UPDATE: This post has been updated to include the suspect's mugshot. William A. Wetzel of Augusta has been arrested for aggravated indecent liberties with a child this morning. The man was an Augusta Public Schools staff member at the time of arrest and had committed the crime on a school bus, according to video footage. Full story below.
