Client info protected for privacy, but this is a case study in what happens when you lean into an e-commerce brand, FULLY commit, regularly release products, reward your customers, and NEVER settle for just getting by.

E-Commerce sites tend to have more traffic as-is due to the nature of urgency to purchase goods that are limited, and the year of 2024 rewarded this brand with 1.8M unique visitors, 99% of which were new to the site.

For reference, we launched this online shop for our client halfway through 2023 and even then it was a strong start. They dug their heels in, invested in partnerships and marketing online.

This client's gross revenue for 2024 was well into the 7 figures, and even in 2025 so far (2.5 days), there have been over 94,000 visits to the site.

Yes, it's an investment...yes, it takes time, but this is what happens when you lock in and don't let off the gas.

It’s the little differences that’ll make you stand out over your competitors, and when Google’s performance analyzer brings back a 92 score on a first pass versus your client’s competitor’s site at a 67, you bet your sweet bippy it gives you a little edge over the competition but the work is nowhere near done.

This right here was one of the last puzzle pieces for my friends at Surf Road Coffee Bar & Beach Bowls in Smithville-- they were the ones roasting and serving coffee since the 90s, and if you ever visited them at the coffee window, you remember what you missed so dearly.
