One of the beautiful things about producing music is working with truly remarkable people. Musicians are an odd bunch: lots of depth, incredible minds, varying social skills, and plenty of individual quirks that come from places ranging from deep pain to immense joy. The fact that it takes people like this to generate something the rest of us usually take for granted is noteworthy. Musicians create something so profoundly powerful—something that can touch the very soul of a person on the other side of the world—because of a series of sounds.
