A really cool thing about working in downtown Edmond is getting to know some of the small business owners who pour their blood, sweat, tears, and often, their life savings into making Edmond a special place to live. Yesterday, I got to meet Matt from the local grocery store Urban Agrarian. I’m ashamed to say it’s a place I drove past a million times before stopping in. Now, it’s a regular stop on my way home. The fresh pasta, ground beef, and marinara (all local) make an easy meal that still makes me look like a hero. My family said they never knew pasta could be so good. Did you know they have wine, too? If you’re looking for high quality ingredients, swing by but please leave me some bucatini. 😉

The horses are being placed in the “Valley of the Horse” sculpture by Paul Moore on 2nd and Coltrane! So excited for this beautiful addition to Edmond.
