MULTIPLE CHARGES: A Passaic man has been charged with three counts of assault by auto for a crash that authorities say left three people seriously injured in Weehawken.

According to the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office, Luis Tubac-Socoy, 25, was driving near Avenue at Port Imperial and Port Imperial Boulevard just before 10 p.m. when he struck a Honda CRV.
