Due to the demise of Chrysler Power Magazine and the production ceasing on the Wind Tunnel Chrysler Power single 4 intake manifolds and believe me I tried to keep the process going but many issues prevented that from happening. So, I decided to take my tunnel ram intake (pictured below) which comes with interchangeable tops for single and dual four tops and shorten it up enough to fit under the hood without cutting a hole in the hood. They will be going into production soon. These are aluminum sheet metal fabricated intakes

"THIS IS HUGE NEWS." As many of you know I write articles for Chrysler Power magazine I had a long conversation with Managing Editor Deaven Butler today. In short Roland Osborne started the magazine for the readers and liked to do stories on cars we all could afford and our readers enjoyed reading about. Deaven and I discussed how to move forward with the magazine and after much arm twisting by me (I think it is still in a sling) going forward if you are a subscriber you will have the opportunity to have your car in the magazine in a full featured story we are undecided what to call the sections yet maybe readers rides but we will need your help with good quality pictures and story background. Did some testing today with a carb on the tunnel ram seems to work well Air speed is uniform and high in the runners.

Doing some flow testing on the prototype tunnel ram intake numbers look good will do a little touch up on welds on inside of runners and test again. Will go into production soon

It has been some time since I started to design an aluminum sheet metal tunnel ram for the polys, but I just picked up the prototype earlier today thought I would post a couple pictures for you. Just have to do some trial fitting and make sure everything is good and we will move forward with production, and I will start selling them. Many thanks to my friends Brian and Nick Burns at Viking Tool and Gauge for all their hard work and dedication on this project great guys. They are in Meadville, Pa. and also do a great job on powder coating just about anything check them out.

WE WERE THE RAMCHARGERS!!! So we're at dinner tonight in Carlisle and I'm telling Bruce and his wife about the Ramchargers... and this tall white haired guy and family are walking to the table behind us and said, "We Were!" I jumped up and its Mike Buckel and there's Rockwell and Coddington and... but the real catch was John Wherly!!! I'd NEVER met him before but he wrote the original white papers on the 1964 and '65 race Hemi packages and '66 Street HEMI... can I say wow! I'm a blessed man!!!
