"Shay Lewis-Sisco, known as ShaySpeaks, was born and raised in Cambridge, Maryland. Shay always serves in some capacity--currently a Career Coach for Dorchester County Public Schools and the founder of a newly established organization, Maryland Parents Supporting Parents. She previously worked in workforce development for the Maryland Department of Labor.
