PSA to help some of the trees and shrubs
A tree tip for the bitter cold? ❄️ Applying anti-desiccants to evergreens (like pines and rhododendron) helps prevent water loss in high winds and cold weather. In brutally chilly conditions like we’ve seen in the past few days, moisture loss is common but can be avoided with products like Wilt-Pruf which creates a protective coating to seal moisture in on foliage and stems 💧 Consider applying products like these if we continue seeing very cold temperatures: you can reduce winter burn, plus preserve your evergreen’s color🌲
