On June 12, 1998, I sat at the bar in the Grill Room at the corner of Adams Ave and Commerce Drive. I was 24 years old and was super excited that I was finally pursuing the dream of building my first gym and business which was directly behind this corner shopping center. 26 years later, I'm still at it, still a bit spicy, and I've got fight left in me! (I have the receipt of the lunch I had that day somewhere! Damned that I couldn't dig through some boxes since we moved to find it!!)

So...just on a whim, I answered a query about being "featured" in Muscle and Fitness. Though, I could never see myself in the magazine because I do not fit the "archetype" that would grace the pages. But...some heroes don't wear capes, are confined to wheelchairs, or do those little things that don't end up on the front page.

Question: When the voting starts, can I get yours!?
