32 years and going strong.

This practice is pure magic in every single age and stage of life.

Sometimes when I reflect on the fact that I’m 51.5 years old and have, at certain times, beaten on my body (loading and unloading 25 paddle boards all day long during the height of that business), racing 1/2 Ironman triathlons for two years straight and over training, running track twice a week, paddle board racing, and then of course surfing, three pregnancies etc and I think of the fact that I inhabit this body PAIN FREE after all it’s been through and that it feels stronger and more vibrant I can only give credit to the power of a consistent life long yoga practice (and really freakin good water too of course 😉)

For my yoga lovers out there - what’s your fave go to, all around feel good asana? For me- extended balasana, seated spinal twist, and of course the counter pose to the twist, third eye 👁️ resting on thumb pads, the most delicious QL (quadratus lumborum) stretch.. yummmmm

So stoked to have (finally) hit 10k followers here on IG. The algorithm is no joke, and cracking this code to grow my business on this platform has definitely taken consistency and commitment.

Why does it matter ?

At the end of the day it’s not the quantity of ‘followers’ but the quality - BUT, when you are utilizing these huge global platforms of social media to grow an online business there’s a lot of noise in the online space AND a ton of distraction and it IS somewhat of a numbers game.

One of the things we say in my business is- ‘eyeballs on the offer’. We’re not spamming, cold messaging, sending creepy ‘hey girl’ messages in the DM’s, or PUSHING people to join us or purchase from us.

Instead, we’re growing a personal brand, utilizing attraction marketing, and allowing people to reach out to US.

So a larger following simply means more eyeballs on the offer, ultimately.

And the more people that see what I do, catch the vision of a life changing business and learn about our life changing water, the better - not just for me but more importantly for THEM.

Which is why I continue to show up.

I’ve had a few new people join me (and also not join me) lately that are concerned about utilizing a personal profile like FB to grow a business because of what friends / family will think.

This requires a reframe….

How about staying connected to friends and family the old fashioned way and also TRUST that if your friends and family are truly supportive they will be just that- supportive- as they watch you turn social media into a tool for creating a beautiful abundant business online. Instead of staying in the 90+% of people who CONSUME content (scroll scroll scroll) consider instead becoming part of the 10% or less of people CREATING it.

Instead of allowing social media to just be a time suck, what if you were actually earning an extra 2,800 a month, $5,600 a month, 10k a month, 20k a month on these FREE platforms?

If you would have told me just a few years ago that I would be living in the tropics, surfing every morning, floating in warm crystal clear tide pools, catching every sunset over the ocean, and waking up every single morning in gratitude and LIT UP and excited for the day ahead, I don’t think I would have believed you.

But vision boards can actually BE visioned into existence, how freakin cool is that?

All I needed to turn my dreams into my reality was the right vehicle..

And when I found it, my life expanded in the most magical and beautiful ways.

If you’re looking for a way to create income online - here’s a few things to look for…

I am currently part of a beautiful group of about 80 women called ‘Visionary’ where we are reflecting on the past year, setting up an altar space with the elements of earth, fire, water, and air, and following deeply reflective journal prompts about visioning into the year ahead…

We’ve been up here in Miramar Nicaragua 🇳🇮 since December 13…

Living right on the ocean, above absolutely stunning tide pools (one as deep and large as a swimming pool when the low tide exposes it), with the sound of the ocean as a constant soundtrack day and night. 🌊

There’s so much that I desire to create in 2025, so much that gets to be revealed, stepping into the next level version of myself (yet again), healing parts of myself and certain relationships in my life that require more nurturing and attention, but I also am taking this moment and this course over the next few days to truly HONOR all of what I’ve already visioned into reality in my life, and to celebrate that…

I posted yesterday about choosing faith over fear, and I’m so grateful that I have chosen this as my path, despite the naysayers, despite societal expectations, despite how many times I had to pivot in business and in life to get here…

Every step of my journey I have (for the most part) chosen faith over fear.

From starting new businesses to home birthing babies without assistance to navigating divorce to health scares to surfing and practicing yoga to moving to a third world country…

Trusting that I am fully supported, that life is happening FOR me as opposed to TO me, that the Universe does in fact have my back, and that through massive change and upheaval something so much better is waiting on the other side.

My loves- we get this one precious life…. If we allow ourselves to stay stuck inside of our comfort / safety zones (which is all an illusion anyway), as opposed to chasing our dreams, following our hearts, and doing it scared - we are missing out on some of the greatest and most beautiful gifts that life inevitably has in store for you.

💧 Water is life.

It’s not just something we drink—it’s something we live.

Water is where I feel most alive. Whether I’m paddling, surfing, or playing in the tide pools, there is literally no place I would rather be.

The ocean, rivers, and lakes remind me of how connected we are to nature and to ourselves when we pause to honor it.🙏

And then there’s the water we put into our bodies. It’s easy to forget how vital hydration is—real hydration with clean, structured, mineral-rich water. When I discovered the life-changing difference of drinking high-quality water (ask me if you don’t know 😉) it deepened my respect for how water touches every part of our health and wellbeing.

Water fuels us, moves us, grounds us. It’s the thread that ties together our energy, creativity, and vitality.

We are WATER BEINGS, through and through.

I’m reminded daily, especially here in Miramar, Nicaragua 🇳🇮 living ON the beach for these past several weeks with the water and the waves as a constant soundtrack in the background, of its power and the role it plays in helping me and others thrive.

So starting the day today with this love letter to water, and how freakin grateful I am for it in all of its many forms in my life. 🌊✨

Why the silly face ?

Because I’m so flipping excited to be welcoming in another soul aligned sister from Nova Scotia, Canada 🇨🇦 into my global organization.

We met here on social media (where else 🤣), inside a like minded group all about FREEDOM, escaping the matrix, and questioning literally everything 🙂 - and as our conversation evolved from that to her and her family coming to check out Nicaragua 🇳🇮 for possible part time relocation, to online business and how to actually be truly FREE.

Remember just a few short years ago (feels like lifetimes)- the lockdowns, the mandates, the fear, the attempt to CONTROL???

I was already a rebel at heart 💙, but what happened in 2020 only re-confirmed for me what I already knew- and that it was even more vitally and urgently important to be financially RESOURCED, location INDEPENDENT, and so much more.

I know it’s Christmas Eve 🎄- but this continues to be on my heart.

2025 can look completely different for you if you allow it to.

Life can change really really fast.

No one (not even Santa Claus) is coming to save you.

Update-

The nose ring is out. I could no longer deal with the in and out during daily surfing 🏄 and every time I took it out it started closing up and was getting red and irritated. No bueno !

Jahya is having the time of her freakin’ life here with two expat girls who live here full time. They’ve got two baby baby rescue kittens, this huge floatie to play in the ocean with, and she’s loving having kids around to hang with. ❤️

It’s hot.
Like so hot I almost didn’t work out today but then the wind picked up and there’s this section of the yard that is like a beautiful wind tunnel with a view of the ocean so I swung some kettlebells and got in an amazing workout 🏋️ because movement is a non negotiable part of my day no matter what the weather is !

I am currently diving into even more epic training in my online business to be able to better support anyone who links arms with me to fast track YOUR results and collapse timelines to achieve what you desire. I am calling in the woman LIKE ME- with the highest values of FREEDOM and CHOICE, who have tried other business models but haven’t been able to fully dial in the RIGHT solution for time, location, and financial freedom.

I have the golden goose opportunity here - you just need to ask 😉

And lastly - water is life. 💧

There’s no element I appreciate more in my life than having hydrogen rich beautiful antioxidant water to drink and bathe/ shower in and having momma ocean singing to me all day long, tide pools to submerge in, waves to surf, and so much life force and vitality from WATER.

My wish for you is that you realize that your health and wealth matter, and that you make a big bold brave decision to create a powerful SHIFT here and now.

Shout out to for this incredible balm and SO grateful that I bought some back in the summer and it made its way here to Nicaragua 🇳🇮

I spent the morning (trying to) surf waves that were well beyond my skill level -

Steep, hollow, FAST, sandy SHALLOW bottom and all of the more experienced surfers were catching barrel after barrel..

After wondering what the hell I was doing out there I hung out on the shoulder and finally caught a decent wave - and I THINK I kind of maybe sorta got barreled because there was a bunch of water coming over my head and then I got thrown off the board 😬

Ok, I’m done, I thought, and started paddling towards the boat 🚤(we took a boat to get there)

Well, I paddled.

And paddled.

And paddled. 😪

And more waves kept rolling in and crashing on my head. And one very experienced Brazilian surfer pointed to me to paddle further north instead of straight out to the boat and he kept an eye on me for a while to make sure I was listening and following him.

Omg.

My arms were protesting and felt like dead noodles. 🍜

My heart was racing. ❤️

The boat was no closer after a solid 15 minutes of paddling.

Finally.

I made it. 😅

I’m now lying in bed catching up on work and literally bathing in ‘Overdone It’ - neck, shoulders, back, arms.

Give me some shoulder high peelers next time please and thank you Universe 🙏

My apologies.

In the last few days we packed up absolutely everything we own here in Nicaragua (which feels like not a lot but ultimately is a LOT) and put a bunch of stuff in storage at a NEW rental that we will be moving into mid January and packed up a bunch MORE stuff (tons of food and kitchen equipment) to move up north to our beach house rental for the next month…

Throwback to this past June somewhere in Okinawa Japan, with two of my beautiful team mates and - we flew together allllll the way from NY for 10 days of exploration, paddle boarding and snorkeling the famous Blue Cave, attending a 50 yr celebration event of the company we are partnered with in business, attending an epic VIP party with part of our larger community, and so much more.

We had an amazing time but this trip could not have come at a worse time 🤣

My youngest was just off of school here in Nicaragua and we had just gotten re-settled (barely) back in East Hampton. She was also leaving for camp a few days after I departed for Japan.

My partner was gearing up for his absolutely intense summer season as the owner of a luxury events catering company, my middle child was home from college and I don’t get to see her nearly enough….

There was a LOT going on, but in my heart ❤️ I knew I had to go.

To walk the stage in front of 8000 people from around the world to be recognized for my achievements thus far in this business…

To connect with my soul family - hundreds of women and men that I knew only through social media that I would get to hug in person…

To meet the founder of this 50 yr old company that I have chosen to align and partner with…

Time truly does fly.

And the only constant is change.

And perhaps the fact that for my entire adult life I have actively sought out ways to combine my many passions- Yoga, Water, Paddleboarding, Travel, the Beach, Health + Wellness, bringing women TOGETHER, and reclaiming our joy, our abundance, our sense of self worth, our capacity to realize our dreams.

The business that I launched 3.5 years ago has been the missing piece of this puzzle in that the potential it provides on SO MANY LEVELS is massive and life changing.

I am looking for women like me, women who know that they were made for more, women who have been through it but are coming out the other side stronger and wiser, women who know that it’s never too late to start but ALSO know that ready is a big fat lie and aren’t afraid to ACT now (truly what do you have to lose)?

Definition of J.o.b ~ Just. Over. Broke I mean, I don’t know if that’s ACTUALLY what Webster’s Dictionary would say but to work for someone else, be told when and where and how often you are required to be in a specific location performing a specific task, to be doing so day in and day out for 45 or more + years of the best years of your life, and to be receiving a fixed income with measly pay raises every year that don’t even come CLOSE to keeping up with the cost of inflation (have you noticed some of your favorite foods have doubled in price recently but your salary has stayed the same ???) No thank you. Even many of my entrepreneurial friends (yoga teachers, fitness professionals, coaches) are feeling the squeeze and the pressure of never being able to get ahead, and not only that but they are starving for what is arguably our most PRECIOUS resource and one which we can never ever get back - Our TIME ⏰ The online, work from anywhere in the world, high ticket high profit, uncapped income potential, legacy wealth potential, revolutionary wellness products good for people, planet, profit that I discovered 3.5 years ago ticked every single box 📦 and then some and I am just getting started.
