Say hello to CactusGypsies Boutique, located at 203 West Main Street in Downtown Durant. Although the doors just opened in August 2018, this story is full of history- from the building, the dƩcor, and the owners!
Owner Morgan Hudgins has created the happiest little hideawayā¦ youāve just got to check it out!
The location was previously Morganās great grandmotherās building, where she was a cosmetologist. These two have worked hard to reflect their personalities, while showcasing some near-and-dear to their hearts items, including a family heirloom flag and even a few deer mounts shot by a gun-wielding grandma!āNo one will give you your dream, you have to go out and get it and learn to fly on the way down.āMorgan has certainly chased her dreams: from starting small and selling out of their homes, traveling to vendor events in an Airstream trailer (named Sylvia), managing an online store and Facebook live sales, setting up a space in Foster Creativity, to having their own Downtown Durant storefront. she contribute their success to their great customers and relying on and trusting in God throughout her journey.
her favorite part about being in Downtown Durant is the energy and atmosphere. she said thereās always something fun happening and folks are coming from surrounding areas to stop by.Morgan said itās so nice to see her online customers in person and that theyāve become like family.
