Refuge Radio, originally WNCB, was founded in 1981 as an outreach to youth and young adults in the city of Duluth. Many prayers, and many hands helped bring us from a small station in a basement to a network reaching thousands of listeners across 4 states. Over thirty-five years later, we are still dedicated to bringing good music and faithful encouragement to our community.
