Complete Weddings + Events began back in 1987 with Susan and Mike — two people who simply loved making others happy. They believed that a wedding day should be full of joy, real moments, and memories that stay with you forever. What started as a small business quickly became a way for them to share love, care, and celebration with countless families.
They were also building something for their own family — a legacy their children could carry forward one day.
In 2017, that legacy continued when Matt and Mike stepped in to lead the company with the same heart their parents poured into it. And in 2023, they expanded that legacy north to Duluth — a place rooted in beauty, community, and the spirit of the Great Lakes. Ross, a proud Duluth native, took on the role of General Manager, helping bring the family’s vision to Northern Minnesota with the same warmth, service, and love for unforgettable moments.
Complete has always been about family — theirs and every family we’re lucky enough to create memories with.
