Duluth Senior GO Show Returns to the DECC on Tuesday, October 22, Promising the Region's Largest Annual Senior Gathering

DULUTH, MN — On Tuesday, October 22, the DECC in Duluth will host the 20th Annual Duluth Senior GO Show (formerly the Duluth Senior Expo). Sponsored by Medica, this event is the largest annual gathering in the region for individuals aged 55 and older, featuring nearly 100 experts offering valuable information, products, and services tailored specifically for seniors, all in a fun and engaging atmosphere.
The Duluth Senior GO Show provides a unique platform for attendees to connect with businesses, agencies, and nonprofits, enabling them to gather important resources and engage in meaningful conversations about life after 55.

A key highlight of the event is the impressive live music lineup, featuring performances by the legendary Donny Buck, the Blue Water Big Band, and Official GO Show Music Ambassador Rickey Lee Biggs.

Essentia Health Pharmacy will be offering Flu and COVID vaccines at booths 29 and 30. New this year are Parkinson’s boxing demonstrations led by Northland boxing legend Zach “Jungle Boy” Walters, and a timely seminar presented by AARP titled *Our Voices Decide: Social Security & Support for Family Caregivers*. This session will focus on the critical roles that Social Security and caregiving play, and what’s at stake for both in the upcoming election. Attendees can also look forward to the return of the popular pickleball demonstrations.

Drove the now "open" interchange this morning over the Blatnik to Superior.
Nice to have it done. I can see where there might be some issues on the "temporary" part where it connects to the bridge but this is WAY better than Garfield and that mess.

B**g Bridge into Superior wasn't too bad this morning until you reach the stop lights at Banks, Tower and Catlin but that is jammed up quite frequently anyway.
