Bill Laird how many employees resigned under you? How many of them, if asked, would tell the truth that they were forced to resign or else be fired. How many did you have legitimate reasons for firing, I mean, resigning…. Human Resources (cough cough TAMMY SURINE), it’s not a red flag for you, ya know, the turnover rate? How does Bill get away with this kind of behavior? It must be because he is so protected. I mean, he could literally get arrested in a county vehicle for a DUI and come right back into his position as 911 Director (after a little pitstop in rehab, that is). The question is “why?”, and not enough people are openly asking questions.

Bill, by the way, a smear campaign requires LIES. You will find no lies here. I know for you the line is very blurry between the truth and lies, reality and fiction, but in my world, you are to be held accountable for your actions. What is it you always say? “Live your eulogy.”? Today’s a great day to start following your own advice 😘

Georgia Bureau of Investigation is it legal to record audio and video of GCIC in a 911 radio room? What if that video was accessible by several people, even on their cell phones?

Georgia Department of Labor is it legal to pay non-salaried employees a full 80 hour paycheck when they do not work 80 hours?
What about cutting worked time from other employees and refusing to pay them the correct overtime amount? Is it legal to take an hour from an employee for a “detail” (aka lunch break) if that employee worked that hour and did not clock out?

Wives/husbands and family members of Laurens County Deputies, Officers, and EMT’s… LC911 plays a crucial role in officer and medic safety. You should be fully invested in the staffing, hiring, and firing that occurs at that agency. Ask about the deplorable retention rate under Bill Laird’s reign. Put in open record requests for employee files for dispatchers currently employed, and for the ones who were forced to resign (ie fired). You would be shocked, and angry. Employee files are subject to the GA Open Records Act.

What if an off duty 911 dispatcher, still in her uniform, got in the patrol car of her police officer boyfriend… and went with him to a hot call (a gun shot wound to be specific).
What if she got out of his patrol car on this call?
What if the 911 Director knew about it happening?

Just wondering if that should be allowed or not by a government agency. Pretty sure it shouldn’t. And just wondering if the 911 Director properly handled the situation by reprimanding that dispatcher? Pretty sure he hasn’t. Hmmm.
