Dover Independent Players The Dover Independent Players is a group of Dover artists collaborating to bring original pieces to stage and screen.

The DIP began as a student-founded, student-run theater program at Dover High School. Founded by Devon Padley and JJ Blake, the DIP was created for students interested in pursuing theater and the arts, and expanding their talents in a smaller, more intimate environment. It has since broadened into a troupe unassociated with the high school that produces theatre and film productions alike.
