Hello folks, I completed three segments of Episode 3b on coffee as a cultural heritage of Ethiopians. I have three more segments to record before I completed the episode. However, today, I need to check upon my coffee infused Tej (honey wine/mead) since I can't look after it on this coming Tuesday as I will be busy 😉 celebrating my birthday 🎉 enjoy and much love from Addis ❣️

Just finished recording the 3 segments of Episode 3a, which will be about the essence of Ethiopian Coffees with special focus on coffee as a natural heritage of Ethiopia. It deals with the origin story, the coffee forests, genetic diversity, and topography of the country for Ethiopia! I hope to record Episode 3b with a focus on coffee as the cultural heritage of Ethiopians. Having so much fun and look forward to your feedback on the first two episodes posted already. Thank you!
