Join us this Saturday for 6 Borderlands' Produce On Wheels With-Out Waste events; this Saturday, January 18th we'll be in Chandler, Mesa, Tucson, Sonoita and Douglas. At each of our events you can make a $15 cash donation to take home an up to 70lb box of rescued produce. Our events are open to the public, anyone can participate and it's a great way for you to do your part to help curb food waste!

Saturday events are open from 8:00am - 11:00am. Cash donation boxes are available first come first serve, you can also RSVP a box and it will be set aside until 10:00am. Locations this Saturday are:

Parents/Guardians: Due to weather conditions, tomorrow, Thursday, January 9th, will be a LATE START day for all DUSD schools. School will begin at 9:00 AM. Breakfast will be served at 8:30 AM. Bus routes will be picked up one hour later than normal time. Thank you!

A weather system will bring a chance for rain and snow this morning into Thursday. The bulk of the precip will fall today with light snow possible for valleys east of Tucson this morning. It will also be windy with gusts 35-50 mph.

There will be no in person registrations and we can only take 50 kids.

A Wind Advisory has been issued for most of southeast AZ from 10 pm tonight through 10 pm Wednesday. Wind gusts up to 50 MPH can be expected with an approaching storm system. Localized areas of blowing dust may reduce visibility.
