This #tbt was one for the books. Chris August called me and said he had recorded a fire mash-up and wanted to do a quick music video. So I packed my (limited) gear up and took off to Downtown Nashville. We had no game plan; we just walked around with a camera. Cameras weren't great back then compared to now, especially in low light, so we had to do what we could. While the video may not be much to swoon over, the audio track is unbelievably good. I think we were 10 years too early...we reshot this today, and I bet it's a hit. Let me know when you want to re-shoot Chris!

At Compass, we believe family come before everything. So today we loaded up as a family to go celebrate the birthday of not just one of our incredible employees, but the woman that literally holds the company together. If you ever work with us, you will have the honor of working alongside Catherine…and you will love her! Catherine, we couldn’t do what we do without you. Thank you for everything you handle, thanks for taking such amazing care of our clients, and thanks for being part of our family! We love you (and your family) big!! We had a great time shooting this video for an awesome cooking website! While shooting is fun, tasting the different recipes when we film is the best part! 🌮🌮🌮

One of the great things about our new studio is being near all the activities! Today we got to walk up and enjoy the Dickson Street Festival with our family and staff (which is basically family)! In the midst of hanging out with our people I managed to grab a few shots, enjoy our little highlight of the day!

We picked the location of our studio for a reason. This is the kind of entertainment you get just a block away. We know if you want to come in and shoot video, you also need to be able to unplug. This is just one of 4 places rocking live music within a block of our studio in our small little town tonight. Come for the video creation, stay for the best music this side of the Mississippi.
