Where do I even begin?

At the close of 2023, I wrote: “My intentions are to be more present for my circle and elevate their well-being. To delve deeper into human connection because people are power. And to live a life of curiosity and action.”

With those intentions guiding me, I dedicated myself to confronting my demons and embracing all facets of relationships—personal, professional, and social. Along the way, I’ve come to a profound realization: attachment is often rooted in insecurity, driven by fear. It’s a silent force, lingering in the background of daily life.

But here’s the thing: what’s in my control? Always, it comes back to me—my actions and the actions of those around me.

Words are slippery. They’re colored by our own experiences, often misinterpreted and filtered through our personal truths. We justify, we rationalize, but where does virtuous truth lie in the grand scheme of living?

If anything, it’s actions that reveal the truth. Actions don’t lie—they show us who someone truly is. With this clarity, my circle has grown smaller, intentionally. It’s no longer about numbers but about depth, attracting people whose generosity and energy align with mine—not in words, but in deeds.

It’s simple: look at what’s done, not what’s said. At the end of the day, actions always speak louder than words.

In 2025, my energy will draw in the right people—those whose actions resonate with the life I’m building.

As I grow older, I’ve learned this: pain is the greatest teacher. And with that wisdom, 2025 will be purposefully devoted to the people who match my frequency—those who meet life with the same honesty and intention I do.

Here’s to what’s next 🥂

A few weeks ago, we had the privilege of playing all night long at in Ferndale. That’s 6 hours of Bald Daddy Energy in support of our brother who recently founded the MCM Brain Injury Foundation () - an organization that raises funds to provide resources and support to those in need during their path to recovery after a traumatic brain injury.
