Campbell looked at Goff and immediately changed his mind and sent them out to go for it.

Haven’t addressed this, but over the weekend or whenever Rob Parker former columnist in Detroit called Dan Campbell, “He’s a bad coach, he’s worse than Brandon Staley”

Look, I won’t share the clip, because I refuse to give them an audience, because well this would be the biggest audience they would get (just look at the ratings) — It is clear from the National Media they have no clue about this team, so I’m not going to entertain their garbage anymore.

So for people who asked, not doing it. It’s clear these people don’t really understand football, or this team.

If anyone is still whining about the way Campbell went for it on 4th down to end the game against GB, show them the ending of the Jets/Dolphins game.

The Jets kick a FG to go up 3 with 52 seconds left. Then proceed to give up a long kick return and their defense allowed them into FG range.

Miami makes a FG to tie. Then wins it in OT. The Lions defense was injured, depleted and tired at that point. Putting them back on the field for that final drive and potentially OT as well wouldn’t have been ideal.

If anyone wants any further explanation, go watch the ending of when the Lions played the Vikings in week 5 of the 2021 season. And you’ll understand why Campbell wants to end the game with the ball in his hands

The funniest thing about this, IF Dan Campbell would’ve kicked the FG — Detroit was allowing 6.6 yards per play… Five plays would’ve got them into FG range and there’s no way you could speculate they’d get the ball back in OT!
