To Live Resilient you have to carve out time to be intentional. As hard as it is for me to sit still. When I do, MAGIC HAPPENS.

Two days into vacation and I have already......

✅Increased my mortgage payment by $200.
✅Increased my direct deposit savings every 2weeks by $167. I Own My Check Shannon S. Sellers to the dollar! My car will be paid off by the end of the year. I can't wait to allocate that $300🤎
✅Completed filings with the Secretary of State (building my brand)
✅Reviewed the first round of my Resilience Planner revisions! I am super excited for my anniversary launch!
✅Submitted updates for my website
✅Activated my new debit card (which was LONG overdue)
✅Updated my Facebook profile, bio etc.
✅Ordered items to increase my "pop up" marketing & visibility
✅Working on content

We give our job/careers 40 hours! Try giving yourself/your brand a hard 40!!! Letsss GOOOO!

This month I remind myself of the task God has set out for me to do.

Through my path of Resilience I have chosen to wake up everyday to give my time and talent to justice involved women. As a Residential Supervisor of the Fresh Start Women's Center I serve as an advocate for both my staff and the clients.

God I thank you! This career path is divine. My career does not feel like work. I feel like I am entering the battlefield everyday. Doing the work God designed me to do.

Father God, thank you for equipping me and trusting me to do this very work.

To Live Resilient you have to own your truth.

My moment of transparency: This week I scheduled my first visit with a primary care doctor. I beat myself up a ton and recognize I have been rock solid with my gynecologist since I can remember (atleast 18 years of age). However, it never stood out to me that I needed to be scheduling an annual exam of my whole health. Here it is 2023 and I can't remember exactly when my last physical was. March 2023 will be my annual exam moving forward.
