As a creative marketer, I found myself enamored with the meticulous attention to detail in both this and Down the Rabbit Hole. Every element, from designs of the drinks, the menu and the decor, had me loving every moment spent in their spaces.

Let’s put this into perspective.

You’re sitting here stressing that only 40,000 people saw your content this month… Meanwhile, the Super Bowl had 66,000 people in the stadium. You had 75% of that crowd tuning into what YOU put out.

Think about that. Forty. Thousand. People. That’s an entire arena, a packed-out concert, a small city. If you were standing in front of that many people in real life, you wouldn’t be saying only.

Stop letting social media trick you into thinking you need millions to be successful. You don’t.
You need the right people paying attention, and guess what? They already are.

So keep showing up, keep creating, and stop saying only. Oh and if you’re not reaching 40,000 people, send me a message 🤪

Back in April, I did a Salon Social for a salon in Louisiana.
Today was all about empowering 3 of their amazing stylists with a personalized training session.

We developed unique strategies for each stylist, identified their target markets, and brainstormed content to attract the perfect clients. From crafting relatable Reels and stories to perfecting captions, we covered all the essentials.

New Year, New Goals! 🍾

Did you know that New Year's resolutions originated from ancient practices of making promises for a prosperous year?
For me, it's less about resolutions and more about setting specific goals—a path towards growth and achievement.

I have a few personal goals but
in 2024, I'm aiming high with the business goals. 2023 was my first year as a business owner and that was just the warm up people 😜

💇🏼‍♀️ Growing Salon Social-
we are going to aim high for 10 hair salons. (Salon owners, call me 😜)

These aspirations excite me and make me a little nervous. But what’s the saying…if your dreams don’t scare ya a little bit, they aren’t big enough. 👊

Don’t freak out…but your engagement might drop these next 6 weeks.

Unless you are shipping a product and it’s a hot Christmas gift, you’re engagement will more than likely go down.

On average, there are 95 million post to instagram every DAY! 🤯
Now add increased ads and post from retailers, it’s no wonder your content might get lost in all the noise.

So what do you do?
Here are a few of my suggestions👇

1. Put your account on autopilot for Thanksgiving & Christmas. Schedule out your post. This will allow you to enjoy the holidays with your family!!

2. Don’t stress about the perfect reel.
If you want to do them, make them funny relatable reels about Christmas and family. We can get back to education in the New Year.

3. Use this time to plan out content for 2024. Maybe even film some of those reels you’ve been putting off.

I have been managing accounts for 3 years now and we always see a little dip around the Holidays.

So…don’t FREAK OUT! 😘

I headed to Arlington Washington to do a social media training for a client of mine.

Sometimes trainings can be such a snooze fest but if you know me, I love any excuse to celebrate and have a cocktail.

I ran across on Instagram and fell in love with her adorable set up. She was an absolute joy to work with from across the country and her drinks were not only beautiful but delicious!

made drink tags for everyone’s champagne glasses but they ended up coming in handy for the cocktails 🍹
