TAKE THE PICTURE!

Recently lost someone that had a special place in my heart. I'd spent many wonderful hours listening to music with him. The old stuff, the good stuff. Some great memories over endless conversations that I'll always cherish.

One of those nights I captured this moment of Mike 'feeling' the music. Anyone that spent any time with him will likely be brought right back to that kitchen table, those tunes and those conversations. It's one of my favorite memories captured.

In this world of fleeting moments, slow down, take the time and find those people that make your world better. Spend more time there. And if you can, take the picture.

Was honored to get this accompanying art piece sent to me recently by another friend that spent many hours at that table. He had Hebkid Art work his magic so he too could have that memory up on his wall.

Love this community.

Captured these shots of back in 2016 when she was a traveling nurse dropping in at CrossFit Colfax and I just happened to be there shooting the noon class. Fast forward to today and guess who's a new member at CrossFit MOB . Always good to reconnect.

💡 I love bringing ideas to life! 🎨

Not sure if they'll ever get made but just getting them visual, whether it's a logo, t-shirt or photo/video concept. I love the ideas, the deeper meanings, the inspiration and just talking through colors and creation. Always have, always will.

💪FLEXY FRIDAY💪

When I finally get out from behind the camera and computer I like to get the Jeep out on the trails. Putting my built JLU Rubicon to the test, flexing the suspension over the obstacles.

Really excited to take the family up to the Big Horn Mountains in Wyoming next week to explore with . A couple days of fresh air and trail time before the boys head back to school.

😍👚Here's a recent design project for .rehab.perform_. They didn't have much direction, they just wanted some new shirt ideas. Their branding is pretty clean and simple so we wanted to stick with that aesthetic.

🗣️📈 We used some of the mountain themes that are in their location (as well as being located near the foothills in Colorado) as well as some of their anscillary copy and came up with these options.

💯👍The designs fit within their brand and bring some stylistic options for their clients. Getting these into production can be done through a local printer, an online vendor or via heat transfers. We can easily setup and work with any vendor to make sure you get the results you're after.

Throwback to last year's Murph Event at . If you haven't experienced this workout, I highly recommend you find a local training center that's running it this weekend. Most gyms will have it scheduled and any worth their weight will be able to scale it to your ability. Bring a friend or family member and do it as a partner workout. But most importantly, get together with those you love and remember those that we've lost.

Thankful for friends that are clients and clients that become friends. Grateful for Colby at . A stand-out guy building a solid business around quality coaching. We connect every couple months for another photoshoot to that sets him with a couple months of social media. I've had the pleasure of working with , and the bands and artists over the years. As a former musician it brings back great memories and it's inspiring to see the talent they develop and bring up on stage during their showcases. We've captured some great images over the years and I was excited when asked to develop the poster for their Holiday Showcase this year.
