Any album purchased from my website this December supports the next iteration of Sudan & Me
This past week I have been reflecting on my gratitude for the amazing musicians who have showed up for my small studio (or worked collaboratively via other studios).
I do not have video of every musician, but this is a short compilation of moments that have brought me great happiness. So, I send thanks. I cannot imagine a world without music!
Let’s march like King, let’s speak like Chavez. Two fingers raised, let’s make a promise. To be as wise as Tenzin when rage it sparks, and hope like Nelson, and sit like Parks. Sit like Parks.
Anyone want to conquer a new mountain with me? #machupicchu

When you decide to switch roles with the porters for a short hike…. I don’t know how they carry this weight up the entire mountain. #incrediblestrength @machupicchu
Notorious RBG.
And to the 4 intoxicated men who followed me around the city last night (true story) saying that we should repeal the 19th amendment: I dissent. We dissent.

She’s one in a million. Contributing her brilliant voice for the lovely Jewish piece, Bashana Haba’ah, for our next diversity album. @debracook746 @debracookmuiscal
Been thinking about my Mom the past few days. The holidays have been a challenge for me since she left this earth.
I find comfort in singing this song for her each year. Usually, I just sit around the piano at home and sing it through tears. Last year, the Park City Singers invited me to sing it for their show. I did my best to hold it together…
Merry Christmas to all. 🎊
O Holy Night
A rock opera arrangement featuring opera star, Debra Cook, of the Utah Conservatory. @debracook746 @mitchell.life
Always an honor to accompany professional opera singer, Debra Cook.
She has brought me to tears on numerous occasions with her rendition of O Holy Night. Grateful to have her calming presence in my life.
