NASHVILLE HOT STYLE CHICKEN SKEWERS 🧯🔥 using #SimplyOrganic #simplyorganicpartner #organicmoments

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 4 tablespoons warm melted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons honey (or granulated sugar of choice)
- Dill pickles and ranch dressing (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Start by roughly chopping up the chicken thighs into bite-size pieces.
2. Skewer the chicken thigh pieces onto wooden skewers. For stability, skewer each piece of chicken twice to prevent them from moving around while turning.
3. In a small container, mix together the cayenne pepper, salt, dry mustard powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and granulated garlic.
4. Pour the warm melted butter, olive oil, and honey into the seasoning mixture. Stir until well combined.
5. Brush each chicken skewer generously with the Nashville hot mixture on both sides, ensuring even coating.
6. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
7. Place the chicken skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
8. Air fry the chicken skewers at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping them occasionally to ensure they cook evenly and become crispy on all sides.
9. Once the chicken is cooked through and crispy, remove the skewers from the air fryer.
10. Serve the Nashville hot chicken skewers hot, accompanied by dill pickles and ranch dressing for dipping.
