Weeknight Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients :
1 pound boneless skinlss raw chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons ginger, minced
1 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups veggies (I used broccoli, sugar snap peas, & bell peppers)
2 teaspoons cornstarch
toasted sesame seeds (optional)
4 Servings rice, cooked
Preparation :
Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken, garlic and ginger. Sautee 5 to 6 minutes or until chicken is brown. Tip: I like to keep small jars of minced garlic and ginger in case I don’t have fresh on hand. Add 3/4 cup of the broth, the soy sauce and sugar. Cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring twice. Add vegetables.
Cover and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in center and veggies are crisp-tender. Mix cornstarch with remaining 1/4 cup broth and then pour and stir into chicken mixture. Cook while stirring frequently, until sauce is thickened. Serve on top of rice, and garnish with toasted sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy!

Good morning family and friends I have a stalker I need you all to be careful and warned as he’s now coming after my family and friends I told this man I’m not interested and to leave me alone !! He insists on harassing me saying God said I’m to be his wife for him to have patience 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️and how he respects that I loved John yet continues to make multiple accounts to have contact with me I continue to block them all some say Nichelle call the cops but how on a person I never met ????? All I know is my family found a criminal record on him a mile long and that he owes money here in Pa 🤷🏽‍♀️
He goes by Alfred and Alonzo and Al Jr he has about 20 accounts owes money lives with folks and has a criminal record in almost the whole east coast he’s even made up Wyattes name to get me to tap into him of course I didn’t fall for it because I’m friends with most of them… God help me with this and make this man go away In Jesus Name Amen 🙏🏼 he can say he’s from God and all of that but God brings you peace and love and a feel good feeling this is anything but of GOD!!! this is scary and creepy guys SERIOUSLY 🙏🏼🙏🏼🥹🙏🏼

Good news God is Good I reported it this morning by a phone 📞 call to police and I am able to come in and file a restraining order 🤙🏽🙌🙌 thank God…this dude is sick 🤢 and needs help or back in jail !! Alfred Ponzo Followers&Highlight
