Featuring fun rhymes from Gillian King-Cargile and hand-painted illustrations by Kevin Krull, The Robot on My Tummy shows T1D kids how their Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) tracks their blood sugar, keeps them safe, and changes their diabetes care routine for the better. We want to thank Children with Diabetes for sharing our book. They are an amazing organization. And for anyone out there touched by T1d, you should look into their Friends for Life conference in Orlando, Florida (July 4-9, 2023).

Welcome to Poke Prize Press! Clint Cargile and I are so excited to launch this small press that focuses on creating books to help people live well with diabetes. Our daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes five years ago at age 4 and we wanted to make books that help her and other kids cope with this chronic condition.
