I loved making this approx. 18" pumpkin. It was simple to make, adding pink paint and a bit of lace.

This adorable little "Jesus" wood piece was a gift from a very sweet lady from a local credit union. It was passed to her by a gentleman from her church. It is his ministry by sharing such a wonderful gift. God is good! Of course the tiny pumpkin is made from grapevine by me. Love and prayers to all in need.

I taught my grandmother, "Ruby", how to crochet when I was in sixth grade. This is a toilet paper roll cover she made 45 years ago once she started her journey in crocheting. She was a woman of many talents. A keepsake for me that has lots of memories attached to it.

This is a beautiful day we are blessed with. My Roscoe definitely enjoys going outside for a bit sometimes to just relax and watch the birds. Prayers for all that are in need and I thank our awesome God for his blessings.

This is last year's pumpkin I made from scrap wood. The paint used is "Agave" chalk paint. I love this color.

This was fun to create. I drew and cut it out from 3/4" pine and painted it. Easy and quick project. "Ms. Bee" stands on her own and has a small box on backside, so that she holds flowers if she wants. She also can be hung by using a chain with two eye hooks attached to her backside. Tell me what you think of her.

Treasures ....Look what I discovered by sorting through boxes. These are ornaments that were made by my mother at least 30 years ago. She and my aunt would sit and "craft" for hours.

A really easy grape vine "lantern" creation by me. Using vines, half beads, and a circle piece of scrap wood. I added some red ribbon, after all it is "Christmas in July". Even adding a little white paint would make it "pop".

We love boiled peanuts, but we are fresh out. Hopefully we will have some soon to can in jars. Do you like boiled peanuts?? I have decided to create something using grape vines. Tell me if you have created decor using the vines. Stay tuned to see what is coming next.

Red, white, and blue paint and scrap wood. The pack of "stars" came from our local dollar store. One of my favorite birdhouses I built. Not sure what will be next, maybe something totally different. Do you have any recommendations?

My husband was walking the back fence line and was surprised by a red cardinal nest located in the grape vines. We see many bluebirds, red cardinals and mockingbirds here. Do you love to watch and listen to the birds?

Ok, "Mama/Dad" mockingbirds were close by taking care of their babies. In a few more days the little ones will leave the nest. God's amazing and beautiful creation. We are truly blessed in this world. We take so much for granted, think about it.

This year our "Rose of Sharon's" first bloom. My grandmother always had these growing. She also had multiple "fig" trees that she made fig preserves, yummy. I read that the Rose of Sharon leaves and blooms were edible, not sure -never have. What is your favorite fruit?

We have four babies finally. I know it is not the best picture, but I didn't want to disturb them too much. Why should I, after all they don't bother us. I didn't want to push my luck with mama and papa. Believe me they were close.

I decided to take a walk before finishing up some birdhouses I have been working on. I will share with you soon. "Look at what I discovered!" Hopefully, we will see babies in the near future.
