Defiance Community Television Defiance Community Television, a PEG station in Defiance, Ohio, is managed by the non-profit Defiance Community Cultural Council.

It offers programming that showcases the culture and history of the city and Northwest Ohio. DCTV has been producing local public access television programming since 1985.
