Petey Pablo, is an American rapper and record producer from Greenville, North Carolina. He is best known for his 2003 crunk single "Freek-a-Leek," which peaked at number seven on the Billboard Hot 100 and received platinum certification by the RIAA. Prior, he signed with Jive Records to release his 2001 single "Raise Up" (featuring Timbaland), which served as a tribute to his native Greenville and peaked at number 25 on the chart. The label released his first two albums: Diary of a Sinner: 1st Entry (2001) and Still Writing in My Diary: 2nd Entry (2004); the former received a Grammy Award nomination for Best Rap Album while the latter peaked at number four on the Billboard 200.

Happy TATTOOSDAY! This month’s featured artist at Black Eyed JAK's Tattoo is Caleb Camp! Caleb created a custom color realism piece for Shyler. Kintsugi (金継ぎ, "golden joinery"), also known as kintsukuroi (金繕い, "golden repair"), is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with urushi lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. The idea that something that was once broken made beautiful again fit a perfect vision for this month’s tattoo and Caleb absolutely nailed it!

#PayItForward strikes again! This time, our friend Ashley with Prairie State Bank & Trust spotted a couple veterans and paid it forward in the best way! 🇺🇸🎄

I can’t believe how amazing people are! Our chosen recipient of Pay It Forward today happened to pay it forward to a fellow mom who is battling cancer. We were all crying and very emotional as she expressed her thanks to our Pay It Forward partner Prairie State Bank and Trust!
