This annual NAMIWalks event is more than a walk; it’s a roar for “Mental Health for All” — a bear hug for the community, connecting us to the strength and support NAMI provides. It’s where I found my roar, and now, I stride not just for me, but for all of us who’ve felt lost in the woods.
