A Call To Action (CTA) is a marketing term that gives your audience direction in the next step that needs to be taken.

Does the phrase “driving business” sound familiar?
The CTA is the road that drives people to complete the action that your asking for.

Whether it’s getting people to sign up to an email list, buy a product/service or visit your storefront or website—the CTA guides people in the right direction. Sometimes, we just have to give them a nudge🤷‍♀️

In 2023, Facebook is definitely a pay-to-play platform for Realtors. However, the rules aren’t the same as a few months ago. If you’re going to run ads on Facebook be prepared to spend in order for it to payoff. Also know that you have to know how to correctly create a look-alike audience and fill your caption with SEO.

What type of ads do well:
✅Economy Specific Ads
👉My advice (if you want to know 😂) is to save your 💰and use Facebook for organic posts only.

So, how should you be using it organically to still make it worth your time?
Make Facebook your up-to-date portfolio of client work and reviews and sprinkle in some behind the scenes posts.
With zero ad spend, you can still bring brand awareness and show off your success organically.

Using and reusing copy that isn’t yours is an issue that needed to be addressed.
The written copy for your business is not for your use after your business relationship with the writer has ended unless:
1. You’ve been granted permission from the writer OR
2. The writer is an employee of your business.

As we move into the new year, stellar copy in the form of captions and storytelling will be needed to make stellar content.
Know your rights as a writer.
Know what you need to do as a business owner if you contract a copywriter ( this includes Marketers who write copy)!
