After 7 years in the field & welcoming 3 wonderful children, I realized that my time with my family was 𝒕𝒐𝒐 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒐𝒖𝒔 to trade for burnout in a job that could replace me in an instant. (though, I'd like to think I'm pretty irreplaceable)😊

Ever found yourself daydreaming about a career change, but held back by fear? 👀 Me too, I’ve been there! Let me share my journey with you.

Not too long ago, I found myself feeling stuck in a job that didn’t quite fulfill me. But I knew deep down that I craved 𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐄 – more freedom, more creativity, more impact. 🚀 So, I took a leap of faith and dove into the world of freelance entrepreneurship.

One of my Objectives for the New Year, is to Create a sustainable Work/Life Balance for myself. We had the pleasure of attending Ken Jordan's Introduction to "The Blueprint" which was definitely a game-changer for me. It taught me the importance of setting "Objectives" and how to break it down into smaller attainable "Key Results" through a scorecard system.
