it was a sad day in amercia twenty three years ago today ....on the early morning hours of september 1 , 2001 people woke up to what would be a normal day...turned out deadly terrorists hijacked planes and flew them into the world trade center. On 11 September 2001, the first American Airlines plane hit the World Trade Center’s North Tower at 8.46 (13.46 UK time). It was less than 20 minutes later that the South Tower was hit by a second plane at 9.03 (14.03). A third plane then collided with the Pentagon at 9.37 (14.37), while a fourth plane later crashed in Pennsylvania at 10.03 (15.03) after passengers fought with the hijackers on the flight.It didn’t take long for the two buildings to collapse, with the South Tower becoming the first to crumble at 9.59 (14.59) after burning for around 56 minutes, while the North Tower collapsed at 10.28 (15.28). Seven World Trade Center, which was a separate building but part of the World Trade Center site, later collapsed at 17.21 (22.21) after being damaged by fire and debris from the collapse of the two buildings.total 2,977 people have been recorded as being killed from the attacks, while more than 6,000 others were left with both minor and major injuries. your main host and editor was way to young to really know what orginally happened that day he was three years old at the time nine eleven orginally happened now through research and being taught in school orginally happened we will never forget what happened ...
