If you can commit to a number for all 3 methods provided below, then you can grow your Instagram organically and authentically.

However, when people ask us how often they should post the answer is more whatever number of posts you can commit to being consistent with. Being consistent is more important!

Having a consistent social media presence will not only give your following something to look forward to but it will grow your following in the algorithm.

Oh by the way, you do not need to post daily to be successful.
