gh his performances, productions and even his ability to mix and blend songs. Emily has accumulated many years of marketing experience from fitness centers to financial institutions. During her time in the industry, Emily has gained valuable insight into the strategies and tactics that work best in the competitive markets she has been involved in. Our DJ entertainment services are dedicated to providing musical entertainment, as well as helping our clients manage their event timeline efficiently. Our professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to read the crowd make us a great choice for any event.

we’re going into our 3rd year of business and I don’t think we’ve ever made a post like this before 🫢

get to know us 😃 we’re Dan and Emily Rohner - together since 2009, married in 2021, and The Shuffle Couple since 2022!

• these are our first fam photos as a family of 3!!! our sweet Daisy joined us in December 🌼 💛

• What pushed us to start this business was when Dan inherited his uncle’s DJ equipment from the 80s in 2022. This equipment has now been all updated several times over the last 2 years!

• Dan has always super passionate about music. He was in a band in middle school and high school 🎸right now, he’s been into Bad Bunny’s new album.

• Dan does all the live DJ mixing, song organizing for weddings, and emceeing at events while Emily does all the marketing and content creation, communicates with couples, and works on each couple’s unique wedding timeline. We post a lot of his mixes here or on Tik Tok. Follow us now that it’s back??!

• Dan played football at BV and Emily went to UNI. 4 years of long distance and driving on highway 20 😩 Dan is a Communications Tech for the local phone company and Emily is the Community Engagement Coordinator for Jefferson Matters. DJing is our weekend job 🥳

• We named our DJ van Cheryl 🚐

• We are fully booked for 2025! With little Daisy, we aren’t taking *as many* this year. We had 38 events in 2024 and 23 in 2025. So if you are a 2026 bride, reach out to book - link is in our bio 🔗

We’ve absolutely loved being a part of the wedding industry the last 2 years. We’ve met so many amazing vendors, venue owners, couples, and wedding guests 😘

What a truly magical way to close out our second year in business 💛 our weekend job brings us so much joy, we just had to weave it into her name—especially since she’s been such a meaningful part of these special events! we could not have asked for a better 2024 wedding season and are already looking forward to our 2025 season.

thankful ✨

this Thanksgiving, we’re feeling extra grateful as we close in on year two soon. it’s been an incredible journey, and we’re so thankful for all the amazing couples who trusted us with their big day, the fun wedding guests, and the talented vendors we’ve had the privilege to work alongside 🫶🏼 we’re also beyond excited to meet all the future couples we’ll celebrate with in 2025 and 2026!

running a small business (while also working full-time jobs!!) isn’t easy, but we’re so thankful for each other and the way we’ve divided and conquered to make it all work. every late night and every early morning is worth it.

our hearts are full as we prepare for the biggest blessing of all: welcoming baby girl Rohner into our growing family in less than a month 🤎🧸

it’s always super special when working with couples that we grew up with. Jeremy was a classmate of mine and he played sports with Dan, which made celebrating their big day even more meaningful 🤎 Michaela requested we play “yeah!” as many times as possible, so we ended up playing it four times. anytime someone gave us a look, we just 🤷🏽‍♀️🤪 a big congrats to the new Scheuermanns!!
