Hey there!! Some of you may have seen this post in the group Dubuque Area Weddings - and we’d just like to clarify the situation for anyone who is curious! One of our videographers found out they were ill with Covid, but we are also fully booked for video service today, so we could not find a backup from within our own team.

Our general manager, Pat, had tried to contact the bride of this event last night- and Stacy Beyer Raap made this post to help find folks in the community who could help! Unfortunately, the bride had seen this post before our voicemail, which understandably caused confusion and added stress.

We apologize for the frustration this had led to- but we are happy to say that we were able to find a replacement videographer with 20+ years of experience who is filming the wedding today 😄 For additional information, see a message from our general manager in the comments section.
