JUST IN: “This decision was not made lightly and follows a thorough evaluation of the store’s performance and its alignment with our long-term business strategy,” Draeger said. “The declining condition and maintenance of the Blackhawk Plaza Shopping Center has strongly influenced our decision.”

Draeger's Market is set to become the latest major departure from Blackhawk Plaza, with the upscale grocery store announcing it will be closing its doors next month.
