Mayor Mike Cahill and the School Committee on Monday increased their offer on paraprofessional pay, one of the key sticking points in the negotiations. But the teachers union said the offer was not enough, and at the same time blasted Cahill and the committee for going back to court “to find ways to punish us enough that we give up.”
