Historic low mortgage rates are in the rear view mirror. Hope you refied or bought when rates were great 👍 just another significant reason that homes for sale (inventory) is 1/2 half of what it used to be for decades. This Guru predicts this is the new norm for years to come.
A question I hear everyday is, “if I sold at a peak price, where would I go”? Thus the dilemma.

Sadly true! Don’t wait for the market to crash… You will be wrong. Seasonality is kicking in thus slowing down but not stopping. Depending on where you are, price for predictions are 5 to 20% appreciation next year.
The reasons are, 1/2 the inventory of normal and low interest rates fueled by huge demand of buyers
