These have been on my to-do list for awhile and I can’t get over how amazing they are! You can’t even taste the chickpeas! They’re gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free! IB: @jacsavagewellness
You’ll need:
1 can chickpeas
1/3 cup nut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of sea salt
1/3 cup almond flour
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1. Rinse, drain and pat dry your chickpeas.
2. Add the chickpeas to a blender or food processor with nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda and sea salt and combine until smooth.
3. Add in almond flour and blend again.
4. Stir in chocolate chips.
5. Spread the mixture evenly into an 8”x8” baking dish lined with parchment paper.
6. Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.
7. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (I baked mine for 30 minutes).
8. Let cool for at least 20 minutes.
9. Place in the refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight, slice and enjoy! 💕

PUMPKIN SPICE CINNAMON ROLLS 🎃🍂
I loved recreating Erewhon’s no-bake cinnamon rolls so much, I decided to make them with a pumpkin spice twist! Who else is excited for fall recipes?
Crust:
1 1/4 cup oat flour (GF)
1 1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1/4 cup filtered water
Filling:
1 cup medjool dates
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1. In a food processor, combine the oat flour and pecans until even. Then add in the rest of the crust ingredients and pulse until you reach a dough-like texture that sticks together.
2. Flatten the mixture onto parchment paper in the shape of a rectangle.
3. Combine the filling ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
4. Spread the filling evenly on top of the crust.
5. Roll it up, freeze for about 30 minutes (or refrigerate overnight), add your favorite topping if desired (I’m using my homemade pumpkin icing), and enjoy! 🧡

Two ingredients and they literally taste like ice cream! So creamy and the perfect dessert!
You’ll need:
6-7 ripe bananas
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1. Slice your bananas and place them on a lined baking sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours (I froze mine overnight).
2. Remove from the freezer and let sit for about 5 minutes to soften slightly.
3. Place the bananas in a food processor (or blender) and blend until creamy.
4. Stir in 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips.
5. Scoop the banana mixture into a muffin pan (greased). Fill almost to the top and sprinkle additional chocolate chips on them.
6. Freeze for 1-2 hours until they are firm enough to remove from the muffin pan without breaking them.

As a watermelon and caprese lover, I had to try this one! Now I’m curious to know what your thoughts are. Would you eat it?
You’ll need:
fresh watermelon slices
fresh mozzarella (or cheese of choice)
sliced tomatoes
fresh basil
balsamic glaze
EVOO
salt & pepper
1. Cut your watermelon into two square-shaped slices for the bread.
2. Top with fresh mozzarella, salt and pepper, sliced tomatoes and fresh basil.
3. Drizzle with EVOO and balsamic glaze and top with another slice of watermelon.
4. Slice in half and enjoy! ❤️
