Frozen Pistachio, Date and Yogurt Chocolate Bites
✨ Ingredients ✨
- 1 cup roasted pistachios (+ more topping)
- 1 cup pitted dates (6-8)
- 1 cup nonfat Greek vanilla yogurt
-1-2 tablespoon saffron honey
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (+ more topping)
- 1-2 cups dark chocolate chips
✨ Instructions ✨
Simply combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Pipe the mixture into silicone mold half-spheres (or take large rounded spoonful sized portions, and place on a sheet of parchment paper) and then freeze overnight. Properly melt the chocolate, fully cover the frozen bites, placing them on a sheet of parchment paper and quickly topping them with chopped pistachios and a sprinkle of sea salt (before the chocolate hardens). Enjoy promptly or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Amazing Fudgy Matcha Brownies Recipe
This is a super easy fudgy gooey matcha brownies with the crackly top made by Michelle. Check our club for more recipes, and our program Reset Your Gut.
✨ Ingredients ✨
-1/2 cup unsalted butter
-4 oz white chocolate
- 2 tbsp matcha powder ( high quality matcha )
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
-1/4 cup dark brown sugar
-3 eggs
-punch of salt
-1/2 tsp vanilla
-1 cup all purpose flour
✨ Instructions ✨
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease 8x8 baking pan. Set aside.
In a bowl add in butter, white chocolate, and pinch of salt. Use the double boiler method over medium heat and stir until all is melted! Then sift in the matcha powder. Mix until combined and smooth.
In another bowl and eggs, vanilla and sugar. Beat with hand mixer until thick and creamy! Then slowly add in the matcha chocolate mixture.
Lastly, sift in the flour and fold using the spatula.
The batter should be nice and creamy.
Pour batter into baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes and it’s just the perfect fudgy texture.

These chewy chocolate chip granola bars can be made gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free, and they’re so easy to make!
✨ Ingredients ✨
•2 ¼ cups gluten free quick oats
•1 cup gluten free rice cereal
•¼ cup + 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
•1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips/chunks (use refined sugar free or unsweetened chocolate to keep the recipe refined sugar free)
•1/2 tsp salt
•1/4 cup + 2 tbsp nut or seed butter of choice (almond, peanut, sunflower seed, etc.)
•1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
•1/2 cup honey
•2 tbsp water
•1 tsp pure vanilla extract
✨Instructions ✨
1. add the nut/seed butter, honey, applesauce, water, vanilla, and salt to a large bowl and mix until smooth. next add in the oats, rice cereal, ground flaxseed, and chocolate and mix until well 🎥combined.
2. once mixed, pour the mixture into an 8x8 square pan lined with parchment paper and gently press the mixture down using a separate sheet of parchment paper.
3. bake at 350°F for 25 -30 minutes, or until firm and lightly browned. once baked, remove from the oven and cool completely in the pan.
