Facility rental proceeds go to fund the East Lake Pet Orphanage, a Dallas-based no kill shelter. Welcome to Squash Blossom Studios.

This is a great venue for still photography, filming, audio recording, meetings, or special events. This 18,000 square foot facility is unique in Texas, since all proceeds from the rental of this spacious well-equipped photo studio will benefit East Lake Pet Orphanage, a Dallas-based no-kill animal shelter. The facility currently has 3,000 square feet of air conditioned, finished out space availab

le for photographers and filmmakers. The studio offers a lot of special features not normally found in a facility of this type. There is an on site carpenter for help with set building. Animal talent from East Lake Pet Orphanage is available, along with an air-conditioned pet trailer that includes a sink and pet bedding. There’s also a paint booth, makeup room, full kitchen, fenced parking, and even a basketball court for stress relief! There are already plans to finish out more of the space, and create a cyclorama for shooting large items, like cars and furniture sets. The facility includes 16’ ceilings and garage style opening doors with loading dock height bays.
